Description:
Polyurethane oil seals can withstand excessive toughness, abrasion and extrusion under rough service condition, over a prolonged period of time, without tearing or decaying.
New polyurethane material curing by HQEE give an extremely high performance with low compression set and high rebound at high temperature. This new high performance characteristics and quality material enable to use for arduous and high pressure designs.
Large seals in diameters of 480mm (18.75 inch.) to 1500mm (60 inch.) are available by casting, even in very small quantities.

Small to medium seals under 480mm (18.75 in.) are available by injection, only in large quantities, unless the specifications you request are in stock.
All major colors are available, i.e.- yellow, green, blue, brown, red, natural white and transparent clear.
A size list will be provided upon request. Specific designs and drawings are welcome.

Unusual Abrasion Resistance:
Johnson polyurethane oil seals provide more than 3 to 5 times the abrasion resistance obtain from even the best of conventional oil seals.

Highly Resistant to oil, greases, fuels and many other chemicals:
Refer to table (I). Johnson polyurethane oil seals are inherently oil resistant and will resist deterioration and swelling when in contact with oils, greases, waxes and most aliphatic hydrocarbons. Meanwhile suitable be washing by xylene.

Superior High Pressure Resistance:
Refer to table (IV) provide more than 3 to 5 times to conventional oil seals and no cracking.

High Resilient:
Longer service life with less downtime.

Temperature Resistance:
It does not crystallize or become brittle even in temperature as low as minus 20 degree C and also perform well at elevated temperature up to about 120 degree C.

Size:
We can make any oil seal molds upon your necessary by our accuracy bench. Besides we are going to prepare any size of JIS oil seals.

Special technique:
By specific auto machines (Casting, Injection and Extrusion, etc.) And raw material our products are superior and outstanding.
